Developed for the asset manager to access the physical condition of multiple facilities, this software catalogs existing conditions and projects the service life of facility components in order to develop a master budget spanning ten years. These assessments are excellent tools acceptable to financial institutions for real estate refinancing.
The service is typically performed by our structural engineering and architectural associates. As a "value added" service, the facility components inventory and real-time and/or capital asset costs are delivered to you using a Microsoft™ database program.

Evaluation and Report Services for Roofing and/or Waterproofing
These services can be either roofing or waterproofing evaluations or both and are designed to address the entire exterior building envelope above and below grade. Clients who must justify expenditures in a comprehensive and detailed report and present these recommendations to upper-management or to a board of directors will find this service invaluable. Our report deals with every facility defect and explains in detail how that defect developed. In addition, photographs showing these defects are included in the report complete with recommendations and cost estimates to maintain and/or replace them.
