Construction Administration & Intermediate Observation Services for Roofing and/or Waterproofing

Arnold & Associates Construction Administration and Intermediate Observation services are intended to coordinate the work of contractors with the activities of the facility to insure that the client's objectives on cost, quality and time are achieved.

These services include:

Construction Contract Preparation between client and contractor
Schedule and conduct pre-construction conference
Shop drawing and product submittal review
Schedule and conduct progress meetings
Review project progress and process payment requests with recommendations to clients
Intermediate project monitoring and observation of the work
Preparation of punch-list of incomplete or unsatisfactory project items
Monitor and inspect punch-list items for satisfactory completion
Preparation of project completion documentation
Provide notice of final review
Forward guarantees, affidavits, releases, bonds and waivers to client

Full-time Observation Services

Full-time, on-site observation services are available to insure that project work is being performed in accordance with project specifications. Typically, these services include:

On-site, full-time field construction observation
Quality assessment
Problem resolution
Weekly progress meetings with relevant parties
Photographic inventory of project progress and problematic project issues
Progress and Condition reports weekly
